Graphic Design

Description

We are looking for someone who is interested in graphic designing or wants to help in organising new design concepts and templates (via canva or external designers). The designs would then be used for our campus marketing and our social media marketing (I.e., Instagram and LinkedIn)

Strong creative vision, open to learn how to learn basic graphic design using canva/other programme

Newsletter

Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team to work on our biweekly newsletter. You will be responsible for creating and distributing a newsletter, ensuring that it is filled with engaging and relevant content for our audience.

Social Media Content

Description

Do you like to create digital content on social media platforms and put your creativity into practice? We are looking for a social media team member who is enthusiastic and motivated to support building our social media strategy and brand.​

Campus Marketing

Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about promoting the health science club on campus and organizing new opportunities such as flyers or marketing videos to help us build our brand.

IT & Website

Head IT

Description

Our IT and Website is run by the board and is in need of somebody who wants to actively shape the online presence and lead digital-infrastructure changes for the Health Science Club. As head of IT you are in charge of the IT & Website team. You take on a leadership role and a lot of responsibility.

Requirements

Strong interest in design and organization. Experience with WordPress is great, but not required. Willingness to learn how to use WordPress and run the HSC website. You need to be a team player and bring initiative.

Website

Description

You are in charge of the website. It is your job to actively shape the HSCs online presence and help the HSC reach its goal by providing students and companies with an interface and an information hub. You work in a close team with the head of IT.

Requirements

Strong interest in design and organization. Experience with WordPress is great, but not required. Willingness to learn how to use WordPress and run the HSC website.

MEMbership

Events team Member

Description

As a critical component of our event's success, you will have a unique chance to cultivate meaningful connections with influential figures in the health sciences. Tasks include: building and maintaining strong relationships with event partners, organizing MedTalks, and developing engaging and innovative extra events.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team players who are able to organize their work independently. Reliability and capability to work toward a deadline

Membership Team Member

Description

You are responsible for the heart-piece of the Health Science Club: Its members. As a part of the membership team you plan internal events, organize recruiting and execute merch ideas.

Requirements

This is the only position that requires you to be proficient in german in order to communicate with new members.
